Punishing someone else through un-forgiveness, is like drinking poison and hoping the other person will get sick.

Selected Notes/Illustrations
The Bridge, (the church), believes that we are each created, called, and gifted by God to a high calling. This calling includes reaching and teaching; walking and growing in love, (the fruit of the Spirit), using our gifts to bless each other, and using our gifts to encourage each other. We do this by serving (with our gifts), by giving (with our resources), and by being rooted and grounded in love, and forgiveness for one another.

Eph 5:25-27 NKJV
25 Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself for her, 26 that He might sanctify and cleanse her with the washing of water by the word, 27 that He might present her to Himself a glorious church, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing, but that she should be holy and without blemish.
Rev 21:3-4 NKJV
3 And I heard a loud voice from heaven saying, "Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they shall be His people. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away."

23 For I received from the Lord that which I also delivered to you: that the Lord Jesus on the same night in which He was betrayed took bread; 24 and when He had given thanks, He broke it and said,  "Take, eat; this is My body which is broken for you; do this in remembrance of Me."  25 In the same manner He also took the cup after supper, saying, "This cup is the new covenant in My blood. This do, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of Me." 26 For as often as you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord's death till He comes.
